After a record-setting IPO, Definity needed an LMS that could keep up with their growth and help them improve their products, services, and experiences—while improving the speed of their compliance attainment in an industry where compliance is critical.

Background

With Docebo, Definity built a new learning platform called Max Learning. Docebo made it easy to migrate all of their existing training material and user/enrolment information, making adoption a breeze. And with Docebo Content, Definity was quickly able to populate their platform with 100 engaging and effective courses to keep learners coming back for more and helping to establish a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

User adoption exploded, going from 1% to over 65%, proving that when you make learning engaging, people take the time to learn. And on the compliance front, the time to reach their annual compliance targets dropped from 10 months to just seven weeks.

And Definity isn’t finished. Their sights are now set on empowering their learners even more. Trainers will soon be able to manage their own content and updates and the “Ask an Expert” tool will be expanded to a searchable database, strengthening knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
