Docebo Virtual Coach
The Docebo Virtual Coach, powered by artificial intelligence, provides learners and admins with a unique learning experience through conversations. It’s a proactive learning coach for every single user in your platform, who can guide and steer them continuously through their learning activities and work within the learning platform. In Docebo’s 7.8 release, learners can interact with it in four ways:
- Asking for recommended content.
- Monitoring your learning progress.
- Asking questions related to content in your platform.
- Receiving push notifications about content that may interest you.
Learners can interact with their Virtual Coach directly in the desktop platform or in the Go.Learn mobile app. Please note that at this time, the Virtual Coach is focused on improving the experiences of learners in your platform. Therefore, it doesn’t focus on or assist in any Admin functionalities or operations. To learn more, refer to this article to discover how to manage the Virtual Coach and to this article to learn how to interact with it.
Please Note: The Virtual Coach will be gradually released on all platforms over the course of November and December 2019. This means that upon the initial release date of Docebo 7.8 on the week of November 12, you may or may not see the Virtual Coach on your platform. If you don’t see it, don’t panic! More than likely, we’ve scheduled the Virtual Coach to be released on your platform on a later date in the month, which was set based on a number of factors, including the number of Active Users in your platform.
For any questions that you may have, please open a support ticket with Docebo’s Customer Support via the Communication Center of your platform or contact our Customer Success team.

Docebo Coach & Share
Docebo Discover Gives your Learners Content from Around the World
Docebo Discover, available for free for those using Coach & Share, allows you as the Superadmin to give high-quality, personalized, curated content to your learners. By activating Docebo Discover, a new content channel will be available for your learners, populated with content that is geared towards the skills that your learners want to focus on.
Once you activate this channel, learners will be asked on which areas of improvement (skills) they want to focus on, then they’ll find relevant content directly in their platform, the My Areas of Improvement channel. To learn more about setting up and using Docebo Discover, refer to this article.
Docebo Learn
Automatic Generation of Unique Course and Session IDs
Your platform will automatically generate a unique alphanumeric ID for courses and sessions (both for webinars and for classroom courses), in addition to the existing course/session ID. The course unique ID will be calculated for existing courses too, but only when courses are updated. With the course unique ID, it will be easier to identify courses and sessions in various areas of the platform, and in the platform’s global search.
Docebo Integrations
Docebo for forMetris to Measure Learning Impact
The new Docebo for forMetris integration allows Superadmins to enable ready-to-use forMetris surveys (called Learning Impact surveys in your platform) for individual courses. Surveys are sent to the users enrolled in the course via email upon course completion and after three months, in order to measure the learning impact of the training over time. The completely anonymous survey results are then turned into an easy-to-read report, accessible from the Reports area. Learn more about the integration here.

Five New Languages Supported for AI-Powered Auto-tagging
Starting from the week of November 12, when sharing either formal or informal content in your platform, the auto-tagging function, powered by artificial intelligence, can now analyze content and create tags in five additional languages (in addition to English, which is already available): Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Any content in these languages is now easier to find using the platform’s deep search. For more information on your platform’s AI features, refer to this article.
